Who we are
Turnkey Restoration & Renovation wasn’t built from a business plan — it was built from grit, frustration, and a lifetime in the trades.
Our founder picked up a hammer at 12 years old, helping remodel his grandma’s house. By 16, he’d graduated early with a 3.7 GPA and jumped full-time into construction.
He worked every angle — plumbing, electrical, roofing, framing — learning the trades hands-on while most contractors were still flipping through textbooks.
Starting at the bottom cleaning job sites, he quickly rose to running them, solving problems, and outworking men twice his age. But everywhere he turned, he saw the same thing:
General contractors who didn’t actually understand the work they were managing.
After being brushed off as a "snot-nosed kid" one too many times, he built Turnkey: a company founded on real trade experience, not guesswork.
